"Another great vacation"

Once again Jenese set up a great cruise for us. From the cabin to the specialty restaurants on board. We also loved the restaurant she recomented in San Juan, Barrachina . We look forward to working with Jenese at Grey Travel Agency for our next vacation.

Much needed getaway

Jenese was attentive, sincere and thorough throughout the booking through the end of trip. She connected with us and was available whenever I had a question or concern. We happened to book a vacation the week of July 4th and a hurricane Beryl became a threat to our location; Jenese was in contact the whole time confirmed we were safe resent documents in case we needed and contacted our airline and transportation to confirm everything would still be on time to depart. She sent me updates on the storm and let me know exactly what to expect. I would recommend Jenese and this agency for top notch service.
